Seven Arrested in Offices of Senator Corker
Our thanks as well to the Memphis Flyer for its fine coverage. The article
can be found here.
Seven Memphians were arrested in Senator Corker's office asking for nothing
more than accountability from our representative. All charges have been
dropped against the Memphis Seven. The Senator refused to commit to a Town
Hall meeting. That doesn't mean that we have given up on him coming to
Memphis and listening to the people he represents. Call his Memphis and
DC offices and ask him, "When
is the Town Hall meeting in Memphis?"
